For the salsa
1 plum tomato
2 tbsp each of finely chopped red onion and fresh mint
Juice of 1 lemon

For the coleslaw
4 tbsp finely grated carrot, 2 tbsp finely shredded cabbage and 1 tbsp finely sliced red onion
4 tbsp fat-free natural fromage frais
