“I was ill; my blood pressure was dangerously high,
my whole body ached and I walked like an old lady. I was so
daunted by the thought of losing 8 stones that for a long
time, I didn't do anything about it. I found bodyOPTIMISE

- determined to give it my best shot.
“After the first two weeks I realised that I was doing
it! The weight was coming off and I was eating loads of food
as well. I was never hungry, so I relaxed into Food Optimising
and looked forward to weighing in every week!
“I love the variety and that all my favourites can

the grill with loads of salad on an Original day and home
made beef burgers in pitta bread with salad. On Green days
