Nationwide, full-time employed
Salary: £18,000 p.a. plus bonuses (up to £25,175 p.a. on target earnings); £20,700 p.a. to £28,951 p.a. for Central London.
This is a field based role and applicants should have first line management experience, preferably in sales. We’d love to hear from Slimming World members with warmth, energy and enthusiasm. Computer literacy would be an advantage, a sense of humour is essential!
Successful applicants will receive an attractive package, extensive training and the opportunity to progress to District Manager and beyond.

Salary: £35,000 p.a. plus bonuses (up to £68,000 p.a. on target earnings); £40,250 p.a. to £73,000 p.a. for Central London.
This is a challenging and rewarding role for Managers with a strong, supportive style and the drive to make a difference. We'd love to hear from group members with robust management experience leading performance-focused teams to success, preferably in sales.
A District Manager’s key performance areas are to:
- develop the business in your district
- motivate and manage your team to hit targets and deliver the best
possible service to slimmers
- coach and develop teams for personal growth and progress career-minded people
District Managers receive a substantial package including a car and expenses, BUPA subscription, extensive training and the opportunity to progress to more senior management positions.
