Joe’s enjoying ‘mega-bytes’ with bodyOptimise!
Joe Lewis from Staffordshire lost a fantastic 2st 11½lbs with bodyOptimise. Filling up on his favourites and logging on regularly was the key to Joe’s success – he shares his story here!
“My weight problems began in my early twenties, when I was leading a very busy and stressful lifestyle. I was in the process of setting up a computer games company and my heavy workload meant I grabbed a takeaway most nights.
“Over the years I noticed my health began to suffer – I felt lethargic all the time, I’d be sweating after only short walks and it felt like I had a continuous flu. The final straw was a visit to my GP – at only 35 my cholesterol and blood pressure were high and I realised I had to change.
“I’d heard about bodyOptimise but wasn’t sure that it would help me – I was dreading having to eat tiny portions and ditch all my favourite foods. I soon discovered Food Optimising isn’t like that - I never thought my favourite meal of egg, chips and baked beans could be good for me!
